Monel 404 alloy is a single-phase solid solution Ni-Cu alloy that has good corrosion resistance in many media environments. It has good corrosion resistance from slightly oxidizing media environment to neutral environment to suitable reducing environment. This alloy has a long history of use as a corrosion-resistant material.

MONEL 404 alloy is used in the following applications:

Capsules for transistors

Ceramic and metal seals

 

Feature

 

Machinability – Conventional machining techniques applicable to other ferrous alloys.

Welding – Alloy 404 is suitable for common welding techniques.

Thermal Processing – 404 cannot be thermally processed.

Cold working is done using standard tooling and soft mold materials.

Annealing – Anneal at 760°C (1400°F) for one hour.

A: Our delivery time is about one week, timing according to the number of customers.

 

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: It is according to quantity. Generally it is 30 days.

 

Q: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?

A: If you don't need to print your logo or other artwork on the products, we will not charge any cost, just tell us your freight collect account like Fedex, DHL, TNT. If you don't have, we need to charge Express fee properly.

 

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 50% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.or negotiable
